DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Regular postage

We offer a 9.95 flat rate shipping for all orders up to $75 Australia wide.

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $75 in total (excluding shipping fee). This is not available for express post.
- Orders placed Mon-Thurs will be posted out the following day. For orders placed on Fri-Sun, these will be posted out on the following Monday.
Any orders placed on or the day before a public holiday, these will be posted out on the day following the public holiday.
- Our postage carriers are Australia Post and Sendle, who offer carbon neutral parcel delivery.
Please note: If your order is over 5kg there may be an additional postage charge and we will email you to organise payment before we send the item.
Express postage
We offer express postage via Australia Post Express at a flat rate of $16.95 for orders up to 5kg.
If your order exceeds 5kg we will be in touch regarding the extra postage charge.
We aim to ship your order within 24 hours, and you should receive the parcel within 1-2 business days (as long as your postcode is on the list for next business day delivery). In the case that it’s not, it will be shipped as fast as possible.
***Please note that Australia Post are experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and their Express Post guarentee is currently suspended. They are doing their best to get express post parcels still delivered within the expected timeframe.***
Express shipping is unavailable for regional locations at this stage.
Sustainable Packaging
All orders are shipped out in sustainable packaging. Meaning no wasteful plastic tape/labels or satchels:
- Your items are shipped in recycled boxes (which you can recycle or reuse), or certified compostable satchels
- We use shredded paper for padding which is home compostable. Or brown paper which is home compostable or recyclable.
- The shipping label can be cut up and home composted
- The brown paper tape can be recycled or home composted

- Within Adelaide, Australia (1-3 days)
- Metropolitan cities in Australia (3-7 days)
- Express post (1-3 days)
- Regional areas (depends on exact location - generally within the 10 days but sometimes it may take a little longer).
Authority to Leave
If you miss the delivery and select 'Authority to Leave' then you do so at your own risk we may not be able to help you if your order is misplaced or stolen. We don't advise 'Authority to Leave' as an option so please select this only if you have a safe and secure location for your order to be left.
Tracking numbers will be provided on your shipping confirmation email and these can be used to track your order with Australia Post. You can check your estimated delivery time on the Australia Post website here
Local pick up
Simply click the 'pick' up option at check out to collect your order directly from us. We are located in Fairview Park (Adelaide), Australia.
