I've just paid for my order, how long until I receive it?
Check our Shipping & Delivery page for all queries relating to shipping times. Depending on your location in Australia - you should receive your order within 3-10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently only shipping to Australian residents, however if you are overseas and would like to order from us then please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are working on our international postage rates and hope to have them running by February 2021.
What if my product is damaged, do you offer refunds?
Please first contact us via email - email@example.com to let us know the problem. You will be offered a full refund if we are satisfied that the product is faulty or damaged.
Can I collect my item from your warehouse?
We are located in Fairview Park, Adelaide, Australia and are online only. If you would like to collect your item, you can send us an email - firstname.lastname@example.org with your order items. We can put it through manually, send you an invoice and once paid we will get your items ready and notify you when ready for collection (with the address!).
How do I use my promotional code to receive a discount?
Once you have selected your items and added them to the cart, there will be an option to enter your promotional code at the checkout. Please contact us via email email@example.com if you didn't receive your code or if the code is not working.
If I don't like my item, can I return it?
If you've bought a product and change your change your mind once you've received it, you can exchange it for another item (it must still be in it's original package and unused). You will be responsible for the shipping costs if you wish to exchange a product. We unfortunately we don't offer a refund if you change your mind.
Where are your products made?
We have carefully selected products that are either made in Australia or ethically made overseas. For manufacturing questions on specific products please contact us directly- firstname.lastname@example.org.
We had hoped to offer products that were Australian made only, however on further research we realised that our online zero waste shop would have been a much smaller range if we had gone down this path. We do ensure that our suppliers are sourcing their products ethically, and if Australian made options do become available we will definitely make the switch.
How are your products packaged for shipping?
All our orders are packaged 100% plastic free. We use:
- Compostable mail satchels
- Cardboard boxes made from recyclable materials & that are recyclable
- Items are cushioned and padded with shredded paper (recyclable/unused paper we have had stored up at home for yonks)
- Postage labels printed on paper that can be recycled
- Packaging tape that is water activated and recyclable
You don't have my item in stock, can I pre-order it?
Yes - please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to pre-order a product. There is also an option to pop in your email address on the item that is out of stock and you will be notified when it's available.
What does zero waste mean?
For the purpose of our shop and our products, by zero waste we mean that no parts of the product end up in landfill. We adhere to a strict set of rules when sourcing products to ensure that they are one of the following:
